By accessing or using First Crack (the "Service"), operated by First Crack App LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

4. Your Data & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into First Crack, including roast profiles, bean information, recipes, cupping logs, and any other content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

By using the public sharing feature, you grant us a limited license to display your shared roast data to anyone with the share link, for as long as the share link remains active.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep First Crack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Crack App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
