Phidget thermocouple boards

USB. Monitor-only — live BT/ET from any roaster you can attach thermocouple probes to. Confirmed on real hardware.

You roast

Accept the safety + diagnostics acknowledgements, connect the roaster, hit CHARGE, and start logging. Diagnostics sharing is required during the beta — when something breaks, the trace is how we fix it.
